Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Introduction
Aspiro Consulting Limited ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
It applies to this website and to those Aspiro applications that link here rather than publishing a policy of their own. Several of our larger apps — including CookBook, ChessMaster, Vocabulary Builder, RunCoach, and DoIt — publish their own more specific policies, which take precedence for those apps.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account information
Where an application requires an account, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Any profile details you choose to add
- Authentication credentials, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google
2.2 Content you create
We store the content you enter into an application so that we can show it back to you. What that consists of depends on the app — a round of golf, a budget, a lesson plan, a timetable — but in every case it is data you have chosen to enter.
2.3 Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request times, for security and reliability purposes.
2.4 Third-party services
Depending on the application, we use the following providers, which may process your data:
- Google — sign-in and authentication
- MongoDB Atlas — database storage
- Vercel — application hosting
- Cloudinary — image storage and processing, where an app supports uploads
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — where an app offers AI features, we send it the relevant text you have entered so that it can generate a response
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our applications
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure
- Store and display the content you create
- Generate AI-assisted output where an application offers it
- Communicate with you about your account, such as verification and password-reset emails
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only:
- With the service providers listed above, strictly in order to operate the applications
- With other users, where an application has a sharing feature and you have chosen to use it
- Where we are required to do so by law
5. Google User Data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture, together with a stable identifier for your Google account. We use these only to create and identify your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service, and we do not transfer Google user data to anyone other than the infrastructure providers listed above. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access-controlled database hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete your account and its data, and to request a copy of your data. Most applications let you delete your account directly from their settings. Otherwise, email us using the address below.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Contact Us
